Pricing FAQ

Know exactly what you are buying.

Is the price really $750 per month per AI employee?

Yes. Each defined AI employee is $750 per month. Start with one role and add another employee only when a second operating mission is justified.

Is there a setup fee?

A standard deployment begins with a $750 setup fee per employee unless a written proposal states otherwise. Complex integrations or custom engineering are scoped separately before work starts.

Does flat pricing mean unlimited third-party usage?

No. The employee subscription is flat. Material telephony, messaging, model, data, or vendor costs outside the agreed operating allowance are disclosed and billed separately.

How many employees should we start with?

Usually one. The best first employee is the role closest to revenue leakage, response speed, or a measurable operating bottleneck.

Can BuildVora connect our CRM and calendar?

Yes, when the systems expose suitable access. The standard plan includes up to two standard integrations. Custom or legacy systems may require a separate scope.

Can an employee work on phone, web, email, and CRM?

Yes, when those channels are part of the defined role and approved deployment. Scope is designed around one accountable mission rather than an unlimited list of unrelated tasks.

Start with the role that pays for itself first.

We will define the mission, access, operating boundaries, and success measure before deployment.
